  2. Your original post was poorly worded, bultry. That does not reflect well on ayou as a “reporter.”

    I fully understand the brownstone market. it is going up. Things are selling above ask. Things are just abouit back at peak comps from 2007-2008.

    Most people here understand these things. there are a few people with their heads in the sand who refuse to see the data as it is.

    So again, what’s your point really????

    middle class to me just means someone who is working to keep a roof over their head. i know everyones like to say that in nyc you are not even middle class unless you make 100K or more a year, but i actually find that absurd.
