I’ve done this calculation on trips to bangkok, amortizing the total costs (airfare, hote, meals, bar tabs, off fees and tips) among the 10-12 guys I’d have for the week.
If you fly from the States on a business class fare, it gets a bit expensive!!! Better to stay home and pull trade off of the streets here!!!!

My Quebecois colleagues are some of the nicest people in the office (admittedly a self-selecting sample).
I have a friend in London whose family moved to the UK having been in their eyes harrassed out of Quebec at the height of the separatist fervor. Before that Montreal was the financial capital, but a lot of firms moved to TO when separation was a real possibility. Even the Bank of Montreal is now based in Toronto.
From what I have seen that issue seems to have quieted down though. You rarely hear talk of separation and people seem happy with the status quo.

Rob, I can’t imagine how Bergen County would be more expensive than PS. All the moving costs??
