I know that Cuban doctors are great, actually there is a whole phenomenon of medical tourism, where Latin Americans travel to Cuba for cutting (bleeding?) edge medical treatments. They have been doing stem cell research for a decade and are excellent. I guess they don’t give a damn if I am American or not — actually, they have opened their world to tourism a long time ago.
