Snobble, I got used to it when I was travelling for business to and from Asia. You’re right, once you get used to it you can’t travel couch for anything over 4 hours.
On Singpore Airlines, you can now get a “Suite” with YES…an ensuite shower and toilet!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DCB, the mkt is great for the trading pro’s to skimp the retail investors. for retail investors who want to buy & hold, this is not the time to shove $$$ in.
Not at all. You don’t strike me as they type at all. I just think you might not have appreciated the other party’s side of the equation. Hey believe me, I know there’s no place worse to be hungry than on a plane. But as I said, there are rules everywhere, and it’s easy to suggest someone else break them when it’s convenient for that person to have them broken.
dona, And this is why I carry my own darn snacks on plane trips! Not to mention that the food on planes is usually all jacked up and measly.
(Unless of course you are DIBS, traveling in First Class, and then it’s decent food. I’ve had the pleasure of traveling First Class a handful of times, and let me tell you….it’s better.)
A cat was recently rescued from the trunk of an upstate man’s car, which in this weather is bad enough as it is, but this cat was found marinating. It seems Gary Korkuc of Cheektowaga was planning to eat his cat, named Navarro, and left him soaking in spices in the trunk—the mixture he used consisted of crushed red peppers, chili pepper, salt and oil.
Korkuc allegedly thought the cat was ill-tempered, according to Buffalo News, and one neighbor who spotted the cat in his car says Korkuc told him he was bringing him to the SPCA because he “just can’t take care of cats.”
Navarro was rescued when officers pulled Korkuc over during a traffic stop on Sunday night, and heard the cat crying from the trunk. The 51-year-old was arrested on one count of animal cruelty; he told officers the cat was “possessive, greedy and wasteful.” The SPCA’s director of public relations commented, saying, “It’s disgusting. It surprises me every day what people are capable of when it comes to violence, whether it is animals or people. I’ve never heard of anything like this before.†The 4-year-old cat has since been adopted—hopefully to some vegetarians—and renamed Oliver.
Owner probably went crazy because he’d never left Buffalo.

Would the spices permeate the skin and fur? Or would Navarro end up like Snappy’s game hen with no flavor?

“What, you calling me a princess or something?”

I’ve flown Turkish Air, DCB.
Perfectly fine, and great looking flight attendants.
M4L this is a tough day to be bullish, but looking at the big picture, I see the risk/reward highly favoring equities right now.
