DIBS, I was complaining a little when they jacked it up 25% (from 4 to 5) but ended up hooking them up on the tip too (ie jacked it up from 4 to 5).
DCB, m4l just gets the Chinese rice bowl haircut. put bowl on head and cut what stickee outee. Only 5 minutes, you pay me fie dorrar.
m4l probaly dickered (no hom) over the price too…

Kinda like tybur6’s logic on flat taxes. The actual % doesn’t matter (nor does it pay any more bills) when the absolute dollar amount stays the same.
Are the guys that cut your hair illegals?

um you do not have a very complicated haircut. why dont you just get a set of clippers and do it yourself? what a waste of money. i got a haircut somewhere near me like a few years ago only to come out looking like a complete idiot (shut up). all i said was please just cut it shorter and a basic trim. they wind up giving me some ridiculous FADE in the back of my head that i didnt realize was there until someone made a snide remark! i wound up having to shave my head. biggest waste of (i think it was only 10 or 15 bux). and eeeks, i didnt realize youre supposed to tip that high. i only gave a dollar.

a friend from college is driving in from new jersey tomorrow night and we are going to some comedy club in manhattan. i dont know why but that just sounds ridiculous to me, but hopefully the person is funny and can make me laugh cuz aint no one making me laugh these days! question: is it easy to find parking in park slope? i feel like the answer is no, but i mean will we eventually find a place to park her car!? is it all metered? i know a lot of people around me park their cars overnight in the TD bank even tho it’s not allowed everyone seems to turn a blind eye… but im afraid if she has jersey plates she’ll be targeted for parking there? not worth the risk? will she just get a ticket or towed?
