DCB, If you’re in the mood for an ass-kicking, I’ll have to send my husband in my place. I’m not only a weakling and a tree-hugger, I’m a peace-lover as well. I’m sure I’ll find a place somewhere in Brooklyn where I can be accepted with all my obvious flaws!! (But I won’t share that location with you, for my own safety:-)
TextperV, no power issues in lovely Clinton Hill
Hi bennie. Just trying to make you feel accepted here.
lol Delepp,
the way things are going,
we’re gonna need to work at least till 110 to
pay off the National Debt.
DCB,
worms know how to have a good time,
they’re hermaphroditic. 😉
(But I won’t share that location with you, for my own safety:-)

LEEDS certification sounds like
buying an “organic” product in the supermarket.
you pay twice as much for the certification
but most of the benefits are used up in
the effort to gain it.
this is how they could stimulate the NY state
economy overnight.
1. build a solar panel factory upstate.
2. provide a tax subsidy or rebate for every
homeowner and business to have them placed on their
homes at an economical price. (less than 2000-5000).
3.have the excess power generated into the grid
for the first 2-5 years handed over to the state so that
the program is revenue neutral.
4.no more 200per month in electric bills,
leaves much more for disposable income to every household.
5.New Yorkers can give the OPEC nations a big fat FU.
Why would anyone want a 150 year old worm?
