Yea, I too hate all manufactured smells. Cologne, perfume, scented candles (I’m on the same war w Mrs. D., L). I think Mrs. D hasn’t got the idea that with these new low-water washers they need less soap. Can’t stand when my polo shirts all come out smelling like soap.
I save the stinky moulton brown bath gel for the morning after of plusa sanctioned events where alcohol and storming the gowanus houses were partaked. Reminds me I need some more.
I love love love the smell of laundry that has been dried outside on a clothesline.
