Couldn’t agree more lechacal. Growing up in CT, we had a clothes “rack” of sorts behind the house. The clothes line part was 4-sided and sat on top of a pole, which could be turned (so of course it was also fun to play with), because it sat in a holder buried in cement in the ground. I’m sure there’s a name for it, but I can’t recall.

Then again, we also had a machine called an “ironer” into which sheets (which needed to be ironed back in the day) and other items needing ironing were fed in wrinkled and came out pressed. The ironer was about the size of a mini-van. My mother tried to sell it when we moved in 1975, but no one bought it because no one knew what it was.

“Xing doesn’t like it when he can smell wine or beer coming from me the next day!!!!”

neither andy, luckily co-workers are lushes as well.

I won’t let tenants email me. They have to call. I don’t like PDA culture. I also have some aversion to being like Fresh Direct to them.

Add me to condolences list for Legion. It’s hard to lose a family member.
