*rob*, I understand where you’re coming from, and I suppose if your mom is like Joan Crawford (not saying yours was btw – just an example of a notoriously BAD mother), you would feel that way. I was very fortunate. I was blessed with a wonderful mother, and a day doesn’t go by that I don’t miss her. The 7th anniversary of her death is coming up, and it’s still very hard.
