we used to have a condo directly across river from rhinecliff. Have heard that the restaurant there is good.
For years the place was under renovation. Lot of historical sites to visit in area. Don’t need to spend the $$ to hike a Mononk with free or cheap places nearby.
Minnewaska used to be private hotel in olden days too. Worked there once when in college (NewPaltz).
Was just checking out their site.

Interestingly, they don’t list anywehre that you can go for the day and the price.
Do they not do that anymore??? Allow people in for the day???
We were there maybe 6 years ago. Has it become really exclusive?

also what’s the rule with paint – the color usually goes on the wall darker than the color swatch?
