I went to a big shindig at Mohonk. It rained cats and dogs all weekend. They blocked off the mountain from hikers. I was *this* close to going up anyway. We had a formal dinner in one of the side dining rooms. It was grand.

ET, you can definately go to Mohonk for the day, but I think they don’t promote it really. It is incredibly expensive now. I have to learn about this other places – and will check out Minnewaska. And will check out this pace in Rheinhart. I decided after my last weekend there, for the money I spent I may as well have gone to some 5 star spa.
