rf…I’ve gotten the sushi tasu menus but, given the problems with so many other places in bed Stuy and being somewhat of an Asian food snob, having lived over there, I just can’t get myself to order it.

Only gripe – 18ft is a little short for a combined living / dining room (assuming you can’t dine in either the kitchen or the foyer).
Same unit, 2 floors HIGHER, for $100,000 LESS??? Also no pics but the kitchen. No OH either. Different Corcoran broker. Slightly higher maintenance. Supposedly 65 square feet smaller. WTF??
What do you all think based on the floorplan? (I can only get 2 pictures to open, and not of the apartment.) A nice, well-priced 2 bedroom in a prime Heights location. Maintenance is a bit high, but typical for the Heights. Will go to the OH on Sunday.

Roof deck, promenade, and BBPark all are tent-worthy, Cobble! The asking prices seem to good to be true given the building and the location.
