m4l, not really — you’re right, I really do need outdoor space for CDog and your kid. But I’m still looking at condos (like 1BBPark) and co-ops like these in good locations with seemingly good layouts. Very indecisive about what I want to buy these days, and it does’t help that the number of PLUSAs living with me grows exponentially.
