I noticed recently that my formerly perfect vision seemed to suddenly be not so perfect when reading. After awhile, it dawned on me to do a very scientific study and keep one eye closed while viewing the page with the open eye. I noticed one I had markedly blurrier vision than the other. Has anyone here experienced rather sudden deterioration in one eye before? Seems like I will finally have to bite the bullet and give in and get glasses one of these days.
“Mr. Miller estimates that there were 6,500 units of shadow space in Manhattan alone during the first quarter of this year. If those apartments were unloaded all at once, supply would potentially skyrocket by 70%.”

DIBS “He’s talking about owning shares of stock. I think that’s probably the most ridiculous playing of the “race card” that I’ve ever heard.”
why is it ridiculous? Overblown, yes. Deliberately provocative, OK. But the issue remains…saying the majority prevails cannot trump a moral issue.

Hey I’m busy watching the French Open and not working…how do you guys DO it? Post every 3 minutes I mean?
cmu, he’s talking about majority ownership of shares in a corporation. He’s not talking about some societal version of “majority.”
Please don’t forget the 🙂 otherwise a lot of your posts are looking rather absurd.
