I most got a kick out of their unabashed naivite (sp?) with regard to simple cosmetic fixes, location and dirt.
They passed on that HUGE, fabulous, open home with a friggin’ LAKE right behind its ginormous backyard, all the while getting snake-charmed into a contractor’s special — with its shiny floors, pre-fabricated everything and designer home staging.

OY! That’s just not true, Rob. A lot of really good work gets done, for FREE, by people that donate their time, own money, and thought to projects.
