I’m only talking about new construction. Understand??? New construction that people buy into thinking well, it’s NEW and it shouldn’t have any problems.
Most people buying an old house expect and anticipate problems.
‘brownstones’ were of modern construction when they were built.

May 12 (Bloomberg) — The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, faced with falling revenue, wants private investors to provide at least $1 billion to build a new Goethals Bridge, the 81-year-old, 1.3-mile (2-kilometer) span between New York City’s Staten Island and Elizabeth, New Jersey.
It would be the first such private transaction for the 89- year-old Port Authority, where declining income from fees and tolls forced agency officials to reduce capital spending by 17 percent this year to $24.5 billion, said Stephen Sigmund, its spokesman.

Legion, I always said that Tiger Woods would become like Michael jackson in some way, shape or form. He had virtually NO childhood because his father made him practice golf 24/7. it’s no wonder at all that he’s a sexaholic and does nothing else other than obsess over video games once he’s through with the girls.
