In coops and condos, how soundproof are the walls, ceilings and floors? Are they typically concrete? Does concrete conduct sound well or poorly? My biggest thing against condos and coops is wall/floor/ceiling sharing (hence my obsession with small, fully detached homes. I’m LOUD!)
i want to put a tiny patch of blue stone down in my yard. involves some over concrete, some odd angles, and a bit over earth. anyone receommend a stone layer or company that can do this? i.e., not looking for design element, just labor.
that will be bad press for the Dakota if press picks up story. I suppose can argue that needs to show can afford maint. monthly…but by selling 1 of the apts should be able to pay for the other for many years.
But who knows, maybe wants to sell and move to florida.
