Whoops, need to adjust for the % of weight that is represented by carbon. About half. So doing this offsets personal carbon for 25 years, not 50, and I guess that makes my ballpark of personal carbon negative state 250 years not 500.

Snappy, prewar units are the worst cause they like have wood flrs (vs. concrete with post-war bldgs).

I would think you’d be okay in 1920-1930s bldgs. But I don’t know. Mine is pre-1920s
