Exactly. lech is spouting rubbish and claims it’s science. Sorry, just saying it’s so does not make it so. Cite a source, lech.
lech says this: “transporting it to Death Valley, dumping it, and leaving it there to desiccate, thereby effectively sequestering the carbon for a very long time” And how? What happens to the carbon as the wood disintegrates? Does it just sink into the sand and “sequester?”

tybur6, I saw on This Old House a mechanis that you can retrofit to any toilet where instead of the flush lever you have two buttons…one for #1 and another one for #2 which regulate the amount of water used.

My dad recently built a new bathroom and installed a urinal. I think it’s great. My wife thinks it looks awful. The battle lines are drawn for any future Jackal family bathroom reno.
