  1. There is no use arguing with Lechecal.
    Obviously there can be no possible environmental benefit to destroying forests.
    Every living thing on this planet has carbon in its chemical composition.
    We can all be grateful that Lechecal is mostly harmless and that he will never have any position of power.

Actually slope petrified forests developed under very different circumstances — the trees were originally buried in swamps or mud or something, if memory serves, and then minerals replaced the wood structures, and after the landscape changed and turned to desert the surface eroded faster than the petrified trees.
