Actually there used to be TWO Cooper Union professors who lived in Kens’ building. I suspect that the other has passed away, given his age.
This other professor was our freshman physics professor, and he was our equivalent to the “hazer” that Lech discusses above. His was the class that was going to make or break you, and he relished the role.
I remember that this other professor once told us something quite wise: “When you know the limit of your knowledge, you know alot”. Very, very true.
Well, give him my warmest regards!! I would be curious if he still remembers me.
Let me tell you, he was one of the most brilliant people I ever met. He was my professor for many advanced courses, including advanced theory of elasticity and advanced dynamics. Both of these topics make heavy use of vector calculus. What was amazing about Perry was that he would do an entire one hour long lecture WITHOUT the use of notes: all from his head. Long mathematical formulas, straight from his head. Simply an amazing person.

This is why long-term monagamous relationships are your friend…. never have to worry about any of that stuff.
“advanced theory of elasticity and advanced dynamics”

The Use of Rubbers
DH, but not that biodegradeable Sun Chip bag
What I find even more amazing is that a fancy professor would live in Kensington.

can i use a crumpled up doritos bag??
only if you fill it with grape jelly first!

“Rubbers are your best friend.”
I guess sex trumps dogs.
