What I find even more amazing is that a fancy professor would live in Kensington.
I can answer that in so many different ways but I’ll refrain. Can you imagine that not ALL the smart people happen to live in Brooklyn Heights? Que Horror!!!!

Benson, didn’t know he was THAT brilliant. He is a very average down to earth guy otherwise. I mean I knew he was a pretty smart man because not every joe can be a Professor in CU but still. I’ll definitely be sure to send him your regards when I see him and if he wants to reconnect and chat, I’ll email you. He spends a lot of time in Florida now, ever since his wife and he retired, but they go back and forth and still have an apartment in our building.
