wow, people are listing crazy prices. To remove wall paper, skimcoat disgusting walls in our lobby and prime and paint our whole building lobby including ceilings we were told around 30K with materials. This is around 3.5-4 thousand square feet. AND this is from a licensed and insured commercial contractor with probably union workers. Regular painters quoted like 18K for the job and trust me it’s a bitch to remove wallpaper and our walls need to be completely redone as they are all in waves.

7-UP had lithium mixed in to “elevate” the spirits.
now all you get is high fructose corn syrup,
real cane sugar if you’re lucky.

that paint is excellent, it saves alot of time in re-painting since ceilings are a bit of a hassel.
…I’ve also watched that Health; We are water video like 10 times now. lol.
BTW Major thanks for the podiatrist recommendation for my friend. She went and he diagnosed her problem right away while other podiatrist(s) couldn’t figure out what was wrong with her. It was kinda what you said, some biomechanical issue that requires the shoe inserts.

they’re concrete (i think) and they’re painted white now wtih a pretty low grade white construction paint (it’s chalky)

Yeah, I wouldn’t paint exposed beams if they are natural now. they may have spent $$$ to get the paint off of them.
Beams need to be painted with a brush if they are wood, a roller won’t do the job.
