Here is the key point from your article about the situation in Iowa:
“Just over two years ago, independents propelled Barack Obama to winning the 2008 Democratic presidential caucuses, and later to carrying the state en route to capturing the White House.
Today, they’re the biggest piece of a group that strongly opposes the main elements of the domestic agenda of the president and Democratic Congress.”
Amazing huh? Remember, these folks are “racists” even though they helped elect President Obama. Well, I guess they are such ignoramuses that they only realized he’s black
after the election!!
I just saw the most ridiculous listing in my nabe by Corcoran. 2-bed, 2-bath condo, on an avenue right across from the highway asking $629 in a fugly building. It should be $499 tops.
sheesh, you can get a really cute 3-bed HOUSE in this nabe in a better location with a yard and a garage for $629K and LESS.
It’s up to the Republicans to show they have ideas and programs that will work to fix the problems, not just bitch and moan about the Democrats’ inability to instantly fix an economy that’s been on a downward spiral for a decade. I haven’t seen anything but the party of “No”. If the great disaffecteds of this country are expecting the Republican Party to magically fix everything, then they are in for a rude awakening.
Legion – I don’t deny the anger, I’m among the citizens who are furious over what’s going on in DC: to whit the intransigence of the Republicans who have said they’re going to block any initiative at all. I think that’ll haunt them & there’s even been a move by the GOP to put a new spin on the “party of no” because of it.
Oh and that goes for Brown Harris Stevens.
STOP coming into a neighborhood, and inflating the prices!
People aren’t stupid.
Legion;

Unless, the real estate brokers at Corcoran live in the neighborhood, they shouldn’t represent a listing in that nabe.
DH, am surprised Snoop is playing at BK bowl. how big is that place?
capacity for Brooklyn Bowl shows is 600 – will be epic. He’s also playing 2 shows at the Fillmore i think (including 420 day)

Without The Beatles, there would be no Magnetic Fields. And no Strawberry Fields, for that matter.
