DIBS: On vacation for two weeks. Back this weekend. Separate from the few days I took off to drive cross-country a few weeks ago. I have been working balls to the wall for years and had several weeks of unused vacation time that I lose soon if I don’t use it. So when I closed a couple of deals and had a window of opportunity I jumped on it. Seems like I have been on vacation forever.

“Why is the gathering at Loki instead of Franklin Park?”

We decided that Franklin Park might be too small, especially if it rained and everyone had to be indoors.

Loki is bigger, and they were willing to reserve a portion of the back lounge for us.

female lawyers in those power suits are hot – eating lunch outside was one of my best memories from intern days (eyeing all those ladies in wall st area walking by in those suits and heels)
