the reason designers back in the day started the open kitchen / dining / living room plan was specifically for that reason, to make it easier to find the kitchen and various rooms. people seem split on the open plan design, but for a lot of people it cuts down on the confusion!!

OK…I meant to post this earlier.
Last night, when I got home there were four large, beautiul palm plants at the top of my stoop.
I have no idea who sent them. It wasn’t a misdirected shipment from the guys who did my yard.
Did one of you send them to me???
UGH! so i put an ad up yesterday to sell one of my metrocards on craigslist.. and the other few times ive done this i got like a gazillion responses. so far ive only gotten two. one person flaked, and one person insists she will only pay via paypal (wtf?). i dont have paypal and how would i get the cash!? she said she only buys metrocards online via paypal so she is protected. what does that even mean!? grrrrrr
