A good deal for hospitals too, who should have fewer uninsured patients to treat for a legally mandated fee of zero.
Someone, I presume hospitals, will still be stuck with illegal immigrants, who, if I read correctly, will not even be allowed to buy insurance.
In spite of all the crying docs they will have 30 million more potential paying patients. Maybe that’s why the AMA supported the bill (?)
