“what’s so “complex” about a group of men beating another man for his views? seems pretty self-explanatory.”
Hey Legion:
I saw the video, also the other link that bxgirl posted which analyzes same. Not easy to see what’s going down but the victim didn’t seem like he got beat that bad, which makes one wonder. That makes it complex. And you don;t see what happened before the tape starts rolling either.
However, if these guys did the crime, then let them do the time. I personally don’t have a problem with that. No way to tell that race was involved either.
Tempers get high, sh*t happens. Not indicative of liberals, conservatives, or race, just testosterone.
WAIT!
The closest Waldbaums to Brownstone Brooklyn is in Bensonhurst.
hahahahaha….I’m so hitting it tomorrow. And unlike the nice people offering to pick up T-shirts for others at the Flea. I’m gonna sell the Cap’n Crunch Cereal at the next gathering for 2.99 a box!
“It should be obvious that anyone carrying that “I’m here to kill Bush” sign is a political protester… the anger of those protests were intense political theater. Racism, antisemitism, the overthrow of government- that’s not political theater.”
All you are saying is if you agree with the protesters you’re willing to write it off as ‘political theater’. I don’t think many of the teabaggers are actually anarchists either, but people do tend to overstate when then are angry.
In any case, I expect the left is planting or making up a lot of this stuff.
I’ve already said that all those instances are wrong,
right or left.
I’m already there.
and I also realize that those instances do not project on to a greater group or party.
Now by understanding that there are those within the protest with legitimate ideas and counter arguments, we can begin to find a basis for real solutions. like the senate and house used to come up with. (that’s a generalization, not meant to stir up a whole new debate on any particular piece of legislation.)
“truth is, I don’t read that blog,”
Thank g*d, that stuff’s BAD FOR YOU! : )
etson- wow. Can we say gullibility? And you can see the pictures for yourself. But of course, blame the left if it makes you feel better.

cobble,
truth is, I don’t read that blog,
it’s only the first one that came up with
photos of virulent Bush protestors.
…did someone mention a brownstone for $10,000?
oh, and Waldbaums actually has lots of good things on sale this week.
Entenmann’s Loaf Cake – $1.99
Turkey Hill Ice Cream 2 for $5 (I like the choco chip mint)
Dole Canned Pineapple Slices – .99cents
Too bad there isn’t one close by 🙁
I’ll hold off the debate until we need to rescue pete from threadkiller status again.
