legion, you made my point. republicans’ #1 issue is tort reform, and most people agree that there is a problem. But they have not drafted a plan, or taken any steps toward coming up with an option. Whenever you overhaul a system, its best to study what works and what doesn’t, instead of heading straight into codified theory land. Bue republicans don’t even have a theory.
THe cost containment mesaures, on the other hand, are all-inclusive. Medicare benefits are not being cut (uless you are saying that the payrates are being decreased?)
also i havent, or ever will, bring dirty crotchfruit into this Universe so i can live and do as i so please. if that means offending peoples lame sensibilities, so be it! ive had an epiphany recently that i shan’t longer bite my tongue.

When I did the overnight at that homeless shelter, the 6:30 a.m. train ride into Brooklyn had some interesting people on board. I forgot to bring a baseball cap so I’m sure I looked disheveled.
