  1. One of my favorite negotiating techniques is to blow up all of a sudden and just randomly tear someone’s fucking head off. Then I go back to being all nice and normal as if nothing happened. You have to do this when everyone is watching. And you have to stop before it escalates. Just stop, all of a sudden, and smile at everyone and pour yourself a cup of coffee. From that moment forward everyone will be just a little bit scared of you. They won’t hate you, and they won’t get up and walk away or anything, they’ll just constantly be a little on edge and will always have in the back of their heads that you might bite their head off without warning if they go too far.

You can’t have respect without at least a little bit of fear. And it’s better to be respected than liked. Ipso facto it is good to be feared.

And that’s why it’s a good idea for us to lose our temper and bomb somebody every few years. It keeps regimes that work against us nice and jumpy.

  2. Hi Arkady! She’s really good. We lucked out she’s a pretty great kid. Loves to sleep, rarely cries- except during diaper changes she doesn’t enjoy the process. We’ve just been hiding out at home and soaking her goodness in.

  3. I’m with tybur6 here. Not only is the Wash Times hardly an unbiased source, but in general the media perception of the Obamam Administration leaves much to be desired by way of truth and objectivity. In a country where Faux news is polled as the most trusted news source, who trusts the MSM today? On top of that you have the new internet media- blogs, personal news sites, etc.- there is not a whole lot of real journalism out there. What we have is a whole lot of spin, not fact. And when we do get “facts” they are manipulated to make points.

If that poll you cite, legion, is accurate all I can say is we have really short memories. Comparing Obama to Bush, and claiming he is worse? We’ve really lost our minds. Would that all of you Republicans had screamed so loudly about what the Bush Administration was doing. Then you’d have a lot more credibility when you comment on Obama.
