“Cobble, you ignored all my snarky posts to you today!”
I went to an interview, came home, took care of a few things and then promptly passed out for two hours. My mind is spinning from all that is going on.
My coworker’s dad died last week. When she got back to work Wed., I left a copy of “Let the Great World Spin” which she and I had talked about for some time. She once drew a silly note to me and I left it on top with a page reference. I underlined one line: “Good days, they come around the oddest corners.”
She was on her way out and stopped to tell me her kid just got accepted to an exclusive private school. then she added, “Good days, they come around the oddest corners” and hugged me.
