Actually, if this was Ireland, the baby in the bar in the story I posted would not only be in the bar, she would be pulling pints for customers in three years or so.
I was thinking more goat teriyaki. The Mexican place, Taco Poblano, on Broadway just south of Throop serves excellent goat.
But my favorite is Vetri in Philly with a nice succulent baby goat!!!!

are babies in bars a serious problem in nyc? my grandfather used to take me to bars when i was a little kid, but i wasnt a baby, i was like 10. and i used to order drinks called Shirley Temples. does that incredibly gay to anyone else!? also i remember these bars being totally empty for the most part except for your random old drunk in the corner, so it’s not like i was bothering anyone.
that said, there’s such a place called the liquor store where you purchase alcohol for home consumption, so new moms and dads could just go that route but i know it’s more about the socializing with friends and stuff.

I was just expelled from the History Interests Meetup Group of NY! I got an email throwing me out. They used a lot of different words — you are parted, you are removed from our membership, and this email can not be responded to. It has been such a long time since I was expelled from anything!
I was excommunicated, DAMNED!!!
I forgot to pay the 4 dollar registration fee by the March 1st deadline. I rejoined and then they sent me a welcome email.
Thursday may work.
AND keep your hands off my goat. He is NOT to be eating raw or cooked!!!!! Something tells me goat, avocado, tobiko sushi wont be appetizing.
