When we had parties as a little kid, the whole thing was to buy/eat as much junk food as possible as a special treat. It never lasted long. I grew up with 6 kids – the deal was to sniff out the junk, and eat it as fast as possible.
g10, if you get a condo and plan to be there forever, the maint will eventually be worst than these levels at coop. coop have lower ppty tax than condo’s. once abatements on condo phase out, be ready for sticker shock.

I had another PLUSA dream last night.
I was at a gathering at Snappy’s apartment with a bunch of PLUSAs. But none of the PLUSAs looked familiar AND Snappy was white!
I’m sitting on a sofa speaking with a woman. The doorbell rings, I turn around to look at the stairs and a PLUSA I recognize (will remain nameless)is walking up. I tell the woman I’m chatting with I have to go. PLUSA came in to the apt. and sat on a sofa opposite the one I was on. I immediately get up to leave. The recognizable PLUSA follows me into the staircase. We exchange harsh words and I leave.
What does this mean? does this tie into the punch bowl dream?
You all have to stop invading my dreams. I want to dream about fame and fortune..NOT PLUSAs!!!!!
