What’s wrong with leaving porn videos on the curb?? Time was when I would’ve been grateful to find that stash.
Once, our neighbor, (a medical doctor) moved out and he left behind a bunch of raunchy S&M gay porn. I mean right on top of the trash pile. DVD’s too, no less.
Of course I just had to watch it a bit….
Slopey, unfortunately I am old enough to have owned an 8-track. We had one of those HUGE console things that had the radio, 8-track and record player in it. You lifted the center lid to access it all. Loved that thing!
Actually dh, In 1990-1992 I was probably more cutting edge than any of you as I was living in Hong Kong when I had a great Laser Disk system.
I bought my first VCR in 1980 when I got out of B-school. Bought it at Sears!!! It was a top loader and wighed about 25 lbs.
Years before that, I bought the first Pong game when it came out for my brothers.
I still have a wind-up gramaphone & 78 rpm records for it.

PS – i think I lost the bid b/c we increased our offer on Saturday and broker replied saying she was waiting for the seller to stay tuned, and then I emailed broker on Tuesday like helloooo, anything and she hasn’t replied since!
DH, I had a Betamax. And an 8-track tape deck.
i had a beta max player. they were awesome quality back in the day, much much better than VHS.
