and honestly that is not a place i wish to be around much. im easily influenced by people and the apex of my realization that my living up there was not good for me was drinking smurf juice and smoking weed IN PUBLIC at the “crack wall” with teenage girl hoodlum wannabe gang bangers. that shi+ aint right.
DH, no. where / how are you listening to the tunes at work now? ever since Imeem got bought, I couldn’t listen to tunes there and have stopped listening completely at work
i lived in morningside heights with my exboyfriend. after we broke up i then moved into to 137th street. it was 137th and riverside drive. GORGEOUS buildings!!! gorgeous view of the hudson river, the lovely park across the street, etc. the drugs and violence up there were just out of control. when i lived on broadway right across from the elevated tracks it was fine. boring as hell tho. too many dullard columbia students.
“I’m pretty sure I know where rob lived…it’s hardly center Harlem. You have a lot of Columbia and Manhattan School of Music students in the area, also from International House.”
You mean Rob may have been run out of town by a cellist on a scholarship?
