Didn’t Rusty Tromobone play for the Detroit Tigers? Or am I thinking of Rusty Kuntz?

…No, no, that was Rusty Staub playing for the Mets. His cousin Rusty “Nuts” Peterson was a trombone player for an old Cleveland jazz quarted known as the “Steamers”.
I believe the old owners were actually japanese (although none of the employees were) and that’s why it was so good (good sushi and big pieces).
I saw the menu online and they don’t even have japanese pickles anymore (which means THEY ARE NOT JAPANESE. The sushi menu a la carte was similar but who knows about the quality if what you are saying is true.
If I see the same sushi chefs I know they’ll be good to me, otherwise, not.
Speaking of Yamato from yesterday, I understand it’s under new management now and isn’t as good. Apparently it’s now owned by the same people as that god awful Chance Asian Bistro on Smith Street and the menu has changed, and not for the better…
