  1. Not-so-shockingly Imy choices are pretty much the same as MM’s except I would add the Bronx, where my sister lives, just below Riverdale. And the projects I grew up in have come a long way back- I still love that place.

  2. “ENY, you lucky dog! Interested in putting your house on tour next year? We are looking for houses for the third annual Crown Heights North House Tour, in October. :)”

As much as I love the tour as a signature of our neighborhood, I’ll have to pass, MM. The wife and I just aren’t the types for this. Luckily, there are many CH homes that are more grand than mine that regularly participate, so I’m sure you’ll be OK as always. Thank you sincerely for the invitation.

  3. First off, I want to live in Park Slope for the rest of my life. Call me sheltered, but I’ve lived here since I was 6 months old and just love it.

Secondly, all things being equal, there a bunch of other brooklyn neighborhoods, I’d rather live in than anywhere in manhattan.
    Fort Greene
    Prospect Heights
    Clinton Hill
    Sunset Park
    Bay Ridge
    Bed Stuy

Hell, I’d rather live in Jackson Heights than Manhattan.

The only time I go to Manhattan is for museums and Virgin (regrettably, but all the good music stores in PS died

BRG, send ’em over here. Antiques R Us!

  5. “My only change would be to live in a house on St Mark’s Ave, or on Park Place or Prospect Place. I love those blocks.”

I live on Prospect Place, so I’m all set. I’d stay put.
