  1. Arkady- would love it. I’ll email you. Thanks,

THL- that’s happened to the outdoor cats here too. Some opf them were gone for months and then suddenly reappeared. So she may come back yet.

  2. Bxgrl – Sympathy to you & MM – soo, sooo hard.
I have a mouse cage from when I was a kid – you’re welcome to it.
THL – A friend of mine just had the same thing happen last week but Butch did reappear – there’s hope.

  3. I’m so sorry Bxgrl.

No matter how long you have or if it’s for the best it’s never easy, it’s always emotional and just plain heartbreaking.

I’ll hold you all in my heart.

  4. M4L- the problem is I love mice – which is how my brother-in-law suckered me into having gerbils. Now that is a long sad story. I’ll catch the mouse and put it outside.

THL- I hate when one of the outdoor cats disappears. I worry and think dreadful thoughts about what could have happened.

  5. I want to see a picture Bxgrl!

In other news one of my outdoorsies Zorra didn’t come for breakfast this morning so Max(ine) “Beautious Maximous” is all by herself outside right now. I’ve been calling for Zorra all morning and no response. They have always come when called.

I’m trying to be optimistic but these two have never wandered far and they have NEVER missed a meal.

It’s so frigging ironic because I was just talking about the little buggers yesterday wasn’t I?

Say a little pray for me and Max or keep your fingers crossed. Whatever you subscribe to.

  6. THL- I don’t know. I’m such a saint 😉

Meanwhile, the rest of the day will be a sad one. We have to take Montrose’s cat to the vet to be put to sleep. He has been suffering heart disease for quite some time and it’s time to let him go. I’ll be worse than she will- we always kid that he’s my boyfriend. When I’m downstairs he’ll sit on my lap or tuck into my shoulder. I used to eat lunch with him asleep on top of one arm. His nickname was psychokitty- no wonder he and I got along. He had a great life- no one could have taken better care of him than MM.
