I just sprayed myself with his Kingdom perfume. It’s the only thing I have in my McQueen collection that still fits me. Even the shoes are too small on my puffy feet. Damn it!
I think a wall could easily be built behind the part of the kitchen where the range is. it would look 100X better since you don’t have to look at the hood from the dining room.

I also don’t like the fact that there’s no wall behind the stove. Cooking can get messy and without a proper backsplash to catch any splatters I dread to think about what’s ending up on the floor behind/beside it.

for BK Heights, that maintenance is not high in my opinion. $1k or lower would be considered low.

wow THL, that’s sad.
Even if that maintenance was $1200 that would be snapped up. Gotta figure at least $700 is real estate taxes on that unit.
THL- horrible, tragic story. I can imagine what his family and friends are going through now. Nothing is true about “suicide is painless.”
