bxgrl, when I lived in apartments that were modern in design, that’s how I furnished them. Bought a lot of Chinese antique furniture too though and it goes nicely with the modern. Still have the Chinese stuff, just not here in NYC.
Dibs – 10 sparrows can fit on my main feeder. One rotten dove will push them all away & also chases away the female cardinal. The sparrows do jostle for position but are much better at “sharing.”
Howdy PLUSAs! Down here in DC we’re having our second blizzard of the week – three feet of snow on the ledge outside my window now and it’s still falling. Snow started falling Friday night and my street still hasn’t been plowed! At least we got three days off school…three days and counting!
Dave, Kens, Cargar and DH, I highly suggest that all of you take a day trip to the E.R. of NY Methodist Hospital in the Slope. At least 2 out of every five employees were RIDICULOUSLY HOT!!! I have never seen that many gorgeous people in one place before. Truly impressive.

I always wanted the miniature modern furniture. They’re adorable doll house size pieces of the modern classics.
But expensive as hell.
