Actually, I submitted the post awhile ago. I just mentioned it here once I saw it appear there. I did it three times thinking I did something wrong until I noticed the new update that says all Forum posts are reviewed before they go up.
If baby breeders can live in Marine Park or Canarsie and get to Manhattan in the same amount of time they don’t really NEED to live so close to Manhattan anymore.

Joe, Philly is about 85 miles from NYC anbd it takes 1 hour and 15-20 minutes on Amtrak.
I don’t think the availability of additional transit is going to have any effect on Brooklyn properties
