  1. Jessi, it’s not that savvy. Credit in this country is still more important that cash. Housing provides a roof over your head while credit card debt provides nothing of substance. So you pay your credit card, get kicked out of your home for defaulting on your mortgage and can’t even get a rental cause your credit is shot. If you pay your mortgage and still pay credit cards little at a time, you might get collection calls and threats BUT at least you still have roof over your head.

  2. Kens, do you know of the Japanese Sumo wrestler named Asashoryu????

They kicked him out because of all his antics and drunkenness but I think they were just looking for a reason because he’s Mongolian!!!!!!

  3. What till you get married, you’ll become very familiar with that language.

Oy, I don’t think I am cut out for this “marriage” thing.

  4. But Kens, I think they are savvy: it’s the new savvy — in a world where a secured lien means nothing because you don’t want the security, the man who has the ability to collect (i.e. cut off your credit card; foreclose your house) first, is the one you will pay.
