“Noki, check your email. You and CGar can bring yourselves and your puppies over to Chez Champion after the drinkup and roast marshmallows in my fireplace if they don’t have one at the social place.”
Thanks Biff! I told Noki I’d carry her to Brooklyn if need be. And, Noki, Bailey’s on me! (Clearly I’m feeling better now.)
well, it’s real property as far as I am concerned. Last time I checked, it had 4 walls (a door), kitchen and bathroom, with windows too. Just not “real” property on paper.
Pretty much, Kens. If they’re gonna flip, both guys gotta be versatile.
Noki, dont believe CGar. you’re light but the dude can barely carry his dog for more than a block or two
isn’t “flipping” same as “versatile”?
gem, how much % coop is the duplex apt. building? I’ll be glad to show you around the neighborhood if you end up moving. You wont regret the purchase.
There may be a fee of a few hundred dollars to obtain the coop docs for your lawyer. Yhere may also be “moving in” fees.
If you plan on renovations of any sort, grease the super $200-500.

sticking with duplex for now…
TX for the info
Kens, my Mexican bf has done almost a complete flip flop. We’ll, talk about it at the next get together. no homo
And that’s a technical term…it is called “flipping.” not to be confused with the slang “Flip” for Filipino.
