Joe, unions served its purpose – ie it was needed then. now, not so. if you’re talking about china, yeah, they needed unions there cause there’s some true slave labor there.
Dave and DeLepp are right. Very few people I work with at 2 different large banks get much in the way of bonuses. It’s the executives and a relatively small group of traders who get the big bucks.

take a look at southwest airlines, the majority of it’s staff is non-union and what is the only airline to make money?
btw many of those working at south west are millionaires when they count in their stock.
