blowfish, how are those blocks any better than the prime blocks of bed stuy and crown heights? for that kind of big price diff, I just cant seeing that make sense now given the pace of gentrification in the hood has slowed big time. I don’t dislike those blocks pass grand but rather find the prices a joke

I do think its a block by block thing. my block is quiet and low key but no doubt there are blocks that are more sketchy than others.

thanks dave. C is not great, but i hope its true that’s its not significantly different. but you know real estate is– what does it matter if everyone has the impression thats its so much worse
