wasder, my price complaint is more on the condos. the houses, albeit less overprice, are also overpriced. take that 995k downing house – can get better house, better subway access, better retail access in prime areas of bed stuy & crown heights. how about those joke prices for that 1.3M clifton place house. top price goes to that idiot price ~1M on classon ave (hope they wise up soon and drop prices big). for that kind of price, one can get something better in greenwood heights, southslope,…

It’s the “attorney” part that i worry about. Plus, she does live in a fringe neighborhood so she probably is a better street fighter.
