  1. Hi,

Just stopping in briefly to add my condolences to Montrose on the death of her father.

also, ET, call up the Children’s Museum and ask if admission is free the first hour tomorrow. Once a month they do that.

Also, not cheap but loads of fun is Buzz a Rama in Kensington. About $12 per car for an hour of slot car racing. Open from 2-6, usually on Sat. Don’t call in the am, you’ll wake Buzzy up at home.

Staten Island Ferry is free and you can sit inside and get a good look at Statute of Liberty and teh harbor.

  2. DIBS, I specifically chose the “something something” reference to mean it could be other items of settlement value – ie official gender and/or orientation verification go-to person for the blog

  3. Thanks all for the suggestions.

I’ve already taken these kids to the zoo. And over the xmas break to the Natural History Museum.

NOTE: DO NOT go to a museum with 15+ people. I spend half the day in that museum on the phone finding out where my partner was cause he’d wander ahead with a group of kids. I felt like a dysfunctional school group.

Besides the Dinosaurs, the kids only wanted to see Dum Dum and Sakawhateverhername is from the movie ‘Night at the Museum’. fyi – we never found her. A guard said she’s not at that museum.

  4. DIBS, you should negotiate an anchor tenant (ie poster) deal with Jon for the Philly blog – ie you want me to anchor it with my colorful posting, you’ll have to pay me something something

  5. Benson, there’s always hiring in telcom. issue is there’s usually more firing. the industry is consolidating HC as productivity gains via technology and competition from unexpected Companies (ie who would’ve thunk cable, google,… are entering telcom space) are forcing cuts
