  2. 9.5 hrs would be nice @ the age I turn today (think that 9.5 may be min requirement for +/- 12yr olds). Adults do not need much mote than 8. I read sleep books to get why my kidshave trouble sleeping & was amazed @ how much sleep they require.

  3. DH is right – too much sleep can lead to a whole host of problems. Having said that, 9 1/2 hours is towards the top end but abnormally high.

    Are you getting enough to eat Rob? Too little nutrition will cause fatigue as your body pushes you to conserve energy.

    (I just made all of that up. No idea if it’s true or not).

  4. i think i did the math wrong.. i get into couch around 10 and go to sleep at 1130 then wake up at 8… so i guess 8.5 hours not 9.5. maybe i should start waking up a half an hour earlier.

    7.5 to 8. Prob around 8 hours from when I first get into bed but I never get to sleep straight away.
