Policemen and firemen are not independent businessman, but when a cop steps off in twenty and starts his own security firm, he can choose his clients as well.

I doubt there’s a single really good gynecologist in NYC who takes any insurance – not even Medicare or Medicaid. At least, in 46 years I’ve never met one.
