I say wait until it’s well past the “waking hours” and pour a few buckets of ice water on his paths. Should be lots of fun to traverse in the morning.
If questioned you dd nothing more than to try to pour HOT water on all of the snow they deposited on your property. You never imagined that an ice skating rink would result on his side!

Champagnes are very moderately priced by the way. Much cheaper than colorless and yet so unbelievably gorgeous.
